This class will explore and combine the elements of Collage and Jewelry making, exploring objects and elements that speak to our Heart and Soul, we will using unconventional materials and methods to create wearable works of art, including plastic, acrylic, tubing, recycled objects, wire, waxed linen, beads and findings. We will be using acrylic paint, liquid acrylic floor polish, diamond glaze, paper, wire, rivets and eyelets to create these works of art. Students will be encouraged to create objects of art from a deeper level within.

Jeweler’s saw, files
Chasing Hammer
Pounding mat
Dremel or flexshaft ( if you have one)
Favorite acrylic paint (5 colors) and brushes
Chain , cording, fibers, ribbons
Wire of your choice (any gauge)
Small scissors or exacto knife
